If the words "Nusa Dua" and "Balinese restaurant" are mentioned in the same sentence, nine times out of 10 they're talking about Bumbu Bali. This famous eatery serves some of the best traditional Balinese dishes, all beautifully presented. Although a little on the pricey side, it's excellent value for money. There are dozens of Indonesian restaurants in Bali, but very few authentic Balinese ones and Bumbu Bali is one of the best.

The name might be Balinese, but the restaurant is definitely German. Located near Ulam Restaurant, Nyoman's is a lively venue where you can listen to live music or watch a football game on the big screen TV. Indonesian dishes, pasta, pizza, burgers and even schnitzel are served.

This super-famous cafe has branches in both Kuta and Nusa Dua. The Nusa Dua Gourmet Cafe is located at the BIMC Hospital, making it an ideal place for a quick bite to eat if visiting a patient. Benkay is a high-end Japanese restaurant located in the Nikko Hotel.
